1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

Customers may request a refund or return within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Refunds and returns are only accepted if the product has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and any accessories that were included at the time of delivery.

The product must be in a resalable condition, free from damage, stains, odors, or any signs of use.
2. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return or refund.

Items that are returned without their original packaging or missing tags will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.

Sale or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless there is an error on our part.
3. Refund Eligibility — Errors on Our End Only

Refunds will only be issued if the product delivered is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if there was a clear error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, wrong size shipped).

In such cases, the customer must notify Metamorfoza Clothing within 7 calendar days of receiving the item, providing photographic evidence of the defect or error.

Once the claim is approved, the customer will be provided with a prepaid shipping label to return the item at no cost.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a full refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Return Process

To initiate a return or refund, customers must contact Metamorfoza Studios via email at metamorfoza.customers@gmail.com within the 14-day window, stating their order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without prior authorization or outside the specified timeframe will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If the returned product does not meet the above conditions (unworn, unwashed, original packaging), the refund will be denied, and the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method only.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
6. Exchanges

Metamorfoza Studios does not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund (subject to the above conditions), and place a new order for the desired product.
